Find Information on the Illinois Science Assessment (ISA)

Illinois administers a federally required science assessment to all students in fifth, eighth, and eleventh grade. Students scheduled to take the state alternate assessment (DLM-AA) are not required to take the ISA.  The Illinois Science Assessment aligns with the Next Generation Science Standards and the Illinois Learning Standards for Science.

Financial Aid: Grants and Scholarships

ISAC manages and administers numerous college financial aid and scholarship, and repayment programs on behalf of the state, including the Monetary Award Program (MAP), the largest grant program for low-income college students in the state.
