Please start your State Fair planning early. We take requests on a first-come, first-served basis.

IIS has a special role in the promotion of the state fairs, with an on grounds presence for the duration of the fair and daily coverage of news and events.

The IIS crew covers events each day looking for stories of interest to TV and radio news stations – we try to find stories that dovetail with the daily general theme at the Fair.

What does IIS provide?

• Each day of the state fairs we send various 15 minute packages of stories up to a satellite to be pulled down and used by news operations statewide. Upon request, we can put your agency's story on a satellite uplink too.
  
  
• If you have a tent or booth at the fair and need a video or PowerPoint slide running kiosk style, we can put a video together for you.
  
  
• Arrange for any size TV and a DVD player for displaying videos.
  
  
• Interviews – we make the process easy and fun and we edit the footage to send out only the very best coverage.
  
  
• We can shoot it, edit it, and add special effects, graphics and music, all with broadcast quality!
  
  
• We can also put your video on a DVD that will automatically loop your message all day.
  
  

Contact us if your agency has programs or activities planned that fit one of the daily themes... we would like to shoot a news story about it for that day, or the day before to increase Fair attendance.
