We are not able to
confirm events for the Governor more than thirty (30) days in advance. Due to
the number of requests the Governor receives, he will not be able to accept
every invitation. We would like to assure you, however, that your request will
be given proper consideration.
The form must be filled out in its entirety or your request will not be sent. The
Governor appreciates your scheduling request. Please know that your request will
be promptly forwarded to his office for review. If you have problems completing
