Forums on Careers in the Arts for People with Disabilities
The
Illinois Arts Council
, in partnership with the
Illinois Department of Human Services
and
Access Living of Metro Chicago
, is proud to present
Universal Arts: Forums on Careers in the Arts for People with Disabilities
.
The forums, taking place this May in Springfield and Chicago, will:
For the first time, bring together state resources for disabilities and the arts;
Provide insight into careers in the arts for all levels of practicing artists with disabilities; and
Provide an opportunity to meet and network with arts presenters and educators.
The forums are open to all Illinois artists, art students, and arts administrators with a disability or who work with people with disabilities and the arts.
